libviennacl-dev software package provides Scientific computing library written in C++ based on OpenCL, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libviennacl-dev
libviennacl-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libviennacl-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libviennacl-dev *
You will get with libviennacl-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
